Digital Vikings - The Network for Scandinavian Professionals in Southern California has a meeting coming up on April 4th @ 5:00 pm at 6455 Lusk Boulevard (Ericsson).

The cost to attend is $20, which is payable in cash on location. This includes one drink, and Swedish pea-soup dinner followed by dessert of 'semlor' (almond paste and whipped cream stuffed buns) and genuine Swedish coffee.

This month's program is a social one with rounds of networking, dinner, dessert and ending with the showing of a Swedish movie with english subtitles.

* DV IN DANGER OF BEING OVER-RUN BY SWEDES?

Well, I guess it's not so much that we have
so many Swedes and Swedish ancestry members,
but more that we need to expand the network
to include more Danes, Norwegians and Finns.
I'm personally from Sweden, and the network
has grown from my circle of friends and
influence, which explains the current member
demographics.

I need to emphasize though; we are a network
FOR ALL SCANDINAVIANS, so help me out, as we
need to incorporate foods, drinks, movies etc
from Denmark, Norway and Finland into our
meetings as well. If you'd like to help or
