Zapatero pistää jöötä paikalleen, kova jätkä....

October 10, 2004 -- THERE'S a place in the world where French troops soon will be relieving American ones. But it's not Iraq — it's Spain.
French soldiers have been invited to march in tomorrow's annual procession marking Dia de la Hispanidad, which is the Spanish version of Columbus Day. They're replacing U.S. Marines who have been disinvited from participating.

Three years ago, in a gesture of solidarity following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Spain asked the Marines to take part in this annual celebration. They were invited back in 2002 and 2003. It looked like a new tradition was in the making.

Zapatero on vaalivoittonsa "velkaa" edltäjänsä sokeasti amerikkalaismyönteiselle politiikalle ja tietysti arabiterroristeille, jotka sille laittoivat pisteen.

Zapateron Espanja tekee nyt etäisyyttä niihin, joiden imussa Aznar teki virheitä.

Taitaa jaada Zapatero yhden kauden 'ihmeeksi', ainakin toivotaan niin.
Aika munauksen teki, ranskalaiset jotka jalleen kerran pelkurina antoivat muiden tehda likaisen tyonsa Pariisin vapautuksen yhteydessa, espanjalaiset oli ne jotka maksoivat siita hengellaan.....Leclerk Divisionionin kenraalien kaskysta espanjalaiset natsi-'sharpshooter's' ruuaksi.

On aikoja eletty, talk about a leader who does not have all the cylinders running!!

Mielenkiintoista, tama siirtolaisten (laillisten/laittomien) probleema Espanjassa on hyvin samantapainen kun taalla Meksikon rajalla tapahtuva 'exodus' pohjoiseen, vaan US-Mexico rajalla kiivetaan aidan yli tai tullaan tunneleista, ei tartte laivaa.....taalla annetaan laittomille 'latino' siirtolaisille ajokortteja etteivat pakene esim. poliisin pysayttaessa liikennerikoksen yhteydessa ja siten autolla paetessaan ajelevat viattomien (autojen/ihmisten) yli...en tieda mihin taalla paadytaan!

The future of immigration in Spain
The Socialists' decision to offer legal status to all immigrants with an offer of work will dramatically change the picture for migration to Spain. Critics say it is opening the flood-gates, while supporters claim the government is confronting one of the country's biggest challenges. We look at what the future holds for immigrants to Spain.

One commentator recently forecast that by 2015, one in every three Spaniards will be a foreigner...
